Stamping Small, Micro-Precision and Micro-Miniature parts is the core competency of Ditron. Operating with unwavering precision at extremely fast press speeds, we stamp millions of pieces in both stamped loose-piece and stamped on-coiled-strip formats ranging from microscopic to several inches in size.

At the center of our Stamping operation are dozens of BRUDERER presses that deliver stamping forces of 22 to 30 tons and are capable of producing thousands of components per minute. Operated by technicians highly trained in both press operation and quality control, our systems are so finely tuned that we can routinely offer “around-the-clock, Lights-Out” production cycles.
